What we like most is how comprehensive their assessment is. Procedures involve full jaw assessments and digital scans done on-site, ensuring accurate placements and better control of outcomes.

The customer service can be quite inconsistent, with front-desk staff appearing to look inattentive at times. As a redeeming factor, though, the professionals who will work with you are accommodating and friendly at every stage.

In terms of prices, we liked that they’re competitive with their rates. They also offer ACC-covered treatments, as well as WINZ quotes (as with any other procedure, these are subject to approval).

For those who value personalised treatments with professionals who are pleasant to work with, we think you can’t go wrong with Hamilton Dental Centre.

The clients we interviewed all agree on one thing: their bedside manner is very upbeat, which immediately puts clients at ease. Discussions feel casual but are still comprehensive, breaking down timeliness and expectations.

We just found that they have a slight tendency to suggest other treatments while you’re there. As with any other option, we recommend not pushing through with anything without a second opinion.

We still find them commendable in practice, though. They provide high attention to post-operative care. Clients can easily reach them for any inquiries and concerns, which we find reassuring.

The implants themselves are expensive, so it’s definitely useful that they enable interest-free payments from 3 to 24 months via Q Mastercard.
